There are not a lot of reviews online for the Brother PC-210 PRW Limited Edition Project Runway sewing machine but the ones we did find were very good.  This machine has a number of features that people like.  If threading a needle has ever been difficult for you the automatic needle threader will be a big help.  The buttonhole foot helps you make properly sized buttonholes very easily.  Another very helpful feature is the built-in foot holder.  The foot holder flips down and has molded, labeled places for all of your feet.  The Brother PC-210 PRW comes with a standard foot, zipper foot, blind hem stitch foot, decorative stitching foot, overlock foot, button attacher foot, and buttonhole foot.

Another great feature that this machine has, especially for beginners, is a speed control that will allow you to slow the stitch speed way down.  Of course you can still sew at up to 850 stitches per minute but if you are a beginner you can slow it down while you are learning.

There are not a lot of reviews online for this machine but the few reviews there are for the Juki 2-Needle, 2/3/4-Thread Overlock Machine MO-654DE are outstanding.  We actually found nothing but 5 star ratings for this machine.  One really nice thing about the Juki  MO-654DE is that it is very stable and does not move around when you are serging like a lesser quality machine might.  The job of a serger is to trim the seams and enclose the edge of the fabric and the Juki MO-654DE does a great job of that, easily cutting through just about any type of fabric easily.

This machine is easy to use.  It threads easily, everything is color coded, and tensions are easy to set.  There will be a bit of a learning curve for some people but once you have the basics down you will have no trouble using the Juki MO-654DE.

The reviews for the Singer 7442 Electronic Sewing Machine are fairly good.  The majority of the people that reviewed the product liked it but there were some that were not as happy as the others.  People that liked this sewing machine commented that it was easy to use and was an easy transition from an older machine to this one.  The threading system, stitch selection, and all of the other features seem very easy to use.  A lot of people said that it is a good starter machine and a really good machine for the price.
