There are not a lot of reviews online for the Brother PC-210 PRW Limited Edition Project Runway sewing machine but the ones we did find were very good.  This machine has a number of features that people like.  If threading a needle has ever been difficult for you the automatic needle threader will be a big help.  The buttonhole foot helps you make properly sized buttonholes very easily.  Another very helpful feature is the built-in foot holder.  The foot holder flips down and has molded, labeled places for all of your feet.  The Brother PC-210 PRW comes with a standard foot, zipper foot, blind hem stitch foot, decorative stitching foot, overlock foot, button attacher foot, and buttonhole foot.

Another great feature that this machine has, especially for beginners, is a speed control that will allow you to slow the stitch speed way down.  Of course you can still sew at up to 850 stitches per minute but if you are a beginner you can slow it down while you are learning.

The one problem that people had with this particular machine is that the built in lights are very dim and it would be helpful to have a little more light while sewing.  Aside from that the Brother PC-210 PRW Limited Edition Project Runway sewing machine got a lot of praise from the people that reviewed it and this looks like an excellent machine for both beginners and advanced people alike.

I have owned this machine for two years, and I work it very hard – several hours of sewing a day, plus thick fabrics or several layers of fabrics. IT is like the little girl with the curl. When it’s good, it’s VERY very good and when it’s bad, it’s, well, not horrid, but quite frustrating. On a daily basis, the bobbin casing is very difficult to get back into the shuttle. Once in, the first few stitches, if not several inches, have knots on the back. Because the threading is inside the machine, I often have to remove the casing cover and remove all the threads that have gotten caught in the machinery. I do love the automatic needle threading, the GREAT buttonhole attachment and the many stitches available.
